2. About Cozy Knits & Felted Bits

Cozy Knits & Felted Bits is my passion project, where I, Johanna Wojciechowski, lovingly handcraft unique and whimsical items using 100% natural wool, cozy yarns, and other quality materials. My creations range from everlasting mini plants, engaging cat toys, and delightful keychains, to hand-crocheted blankets and handbags, and wet-felted coin purses. Each piece is made with care and a touch of magic, designed to bring joy and comfort into your life.

3. Our Handmade Products & Unique Variations

At Cozy Knits & Felted Bits, every item is a unique work of art, lovingly handcrafted by my hands. This means that no two items are exactly identical, and each piece carries its own special charm and tiny imperfections.

  • Product Appearance: The images displayed on our website are product samples. While I strive for accuracy, the item you receive may have slight variations in color, shape, expression, texture, or other details due to the handmade nature and the unique characteristics of natural materials.

  • Sizing: Sizes provided in product descriptions are approximate averages. Due to the handmade process, dimensions may vary slightly for each individual item.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these inherent variations that make your handmade item truly one-of-a-kind.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD). We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment processing. While I pour my heart into every creation, please remember that custom and batch-made items have limited availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, production time for handmade items, and the shipping carrier. Once an item has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. Cozy Knits & Felted Bits is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for items lost or stolen once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Cozy Knits & Felted Bits. If you need to return an item, please refer to our comprehensive Returns Policy.

In summary, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@cozyknitsandfeltedbits.com to initiate a return, as items sent back without prior request will not be accepted. Approved refunds will be issued as a store credit within 10 business days.

  • Catnip Cat Toys Disclaimer: Our catnip cat toys are designed for feline enjoyment. However, Cozy Knits & Felted Bits is not responsible for any illness, injury, or adverse reaction your pet may experience due to the use or ingestion of catnip or any part of the cat toy. Please supervise your pet during play, especially with new toys. If your pet has known sensitivities or medical conditions, consult your veterinarian before introducing new toys or catnip. Our catnip toys are specifically listed as non-returnable.

  • Fiber Material Allergy Disclaimer: Our products are crafted primarily from 100% natural wool and acrylic yarn. While every effort is made to use high-quality materials, Cozy Knits & Felted Bits is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that individuals may experience from contact with wool, acrylic, or any other fiber or material used in our products. If you have known allergies, please exercise caution and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

  • General Disclaimer of Warranties: All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
